Chef Ron & 21 Acres Farm developed a Masa Cooking Class series in the Winter of 2026. Class topics include; Fresh Masa Tortillas and Fresh Salsas, Tamales with Salso Rojas, Salvadoran Pupusas and Traditional Mexican Sopes.
