Masa Tortillas & Salsa Class - Fall, 2025

From farm market to cutting board to tortilla press… and finally to shared table.

This weekends class at 21 Acres was all about slow food, colorful ingredients, and community learnWe hand-chopped garden tomatoes, tomatillos, radishes, apples, red onion, cilantro, fresh chiles — turning it all into vibrant salsas full of crunch, spice, sweetness, and story. 🌶🍅🌿

Chef Ron and Chef Assitants, Sonia and Ella prepared a, “Farm Marlet to Plate”, family meal at 21 Acres teaching kitchen.
