This weekends class at 21 Acres was all about slow food, colorful ingredients, and community learnWe hand-chopped garden tomatoes, tomatillos, radishes, apples, red onion, cilantro, fresh chiles — turning it all into vibrant salsas full of crunch, spice, sweetness, and story. 🌶🍅🌿
